Daresbury Innovation Centre

Daresbury Innovation Centre provides a location for growing and developing science and technology based businesses at a variety of stages of development from the earliest stage start-ups. This is a value adding environment where companies can interact and share knowledge with peers at the same stage of development, as well as with other companies which are more mature. Effective networks are critical to developing businesses and we hold a regular business breakfast event. In particular, we have strong investor networks from business angels to seed funds and through to larger venture capital funds.

We provide a combination of space, facilities and expertise. We work with companies to enable the strategic development of their business according to their particular needs. We primarily outsource high level expertise to provide the most exact fit with the business whether this is, for example, technical, product/market related or business plan development and these activities are packaged into strategic projects. Alongside this we also provide oversight mentoring.
