At Harris Knowledge Park we are committed to helping you to develop the full potential of your business. The Park has been created through the sensitive redevelopment of a fourteen-acre parkland site just two miles from our main Preston Campus and close to the M6/M55/M65 motorway complex. It is an excellent, easily accessible working environment designed to house a wide range of activities relating to the two-way transfer of knowledge between industry and education.

The incubation offices support start up companies derived from the knowledge base of the University (spin-outs) and our partners, together with entrepreneurs with sound, growth business ideas. We offer new companies access to a wide range of business support together with specialist services to maximise their potential. It is an expression of our commitment to encourage innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, strengthen academic-industry links and enhance our wealth creating contribution both locally and regionally.
