Redhills Enterprise Centre Incubator
The Redhills Enterprise Centre Incubator, the latest development at Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency (CREA), is a purpose built incubation facility which will receive its first business incubatees around August 2006. Showcasing the latest developments in renewable energy technology, the building utilises underground heating and solar powered electricity to provide a state-of-the-art environment for fledgling companies. Each incubator unit will be fully equipped and ready for immediate occupation and will include office furniture, telephones and networked computer systems.
CREA is a not for profit company with over twenty years experience in the provision of business advice and support to both start up and existing businesses. As well as help with all aspects of business planning and management, specialist skills are also available in business counselling and mentoring, environmental business services, workplace health and safety and planning guidance, ICT, tourism support, and a range of farm business advice including organics production.
All these services, as well as connections to research and development facilities from a wide range of providers, will be available to provide support to the incubatees.
