A Survey of European Business Incubators - "Incunomics Project"
Incubation Northwest members were invited to contribute to this important study the aim of which is to provide economic tools and data for the business incubation community.
A report presenting the first findings is now available. The study provides new insights on two problems that are crucial for new firm creation. The first is that of the risks jeopardising the entreprenuerial process; the second has to do with the financing shortages faced by startups. The survey aims to discover the extent and nature of these problems. In addition, it investigates the services included in the process of business incubation that can help to overcome these problems, and the role of public instruments for entreprenuers.
